Not receiving Keep Secret access code

I am checking my email inbox and cannot find my app access code.

Please note that the access code is sent to the email address registered with Keep Secret. Please check that you have entered the correct email.

• Make sure you have not blocked the email that the codes are sent from: ​​​​info.keepsecret@gmail.com and that you can receive automatically generated emails.
• Please make sure ​​​​info.keepsecret@gmail.com is marked «Important» in your email.
• Check your Spam folder and make sure your Inbox is not full.

How to prevent a problem with codes in the future

If you still have not received your access code, please contact us at dinoteam.supp@gmail.com and let us know the email address you entered in Keep Secret where you should receive the code.
