What should I do if I am running out of Cloud Storage space?

My Cloud Storage in Keep Secret is full, but I still have undownloaded files, what should I do?

If you are a user of the free Basic version and have reached the «Backup» limit of 10 files, you can upgrade to the Premium version and get more space. If this option does not suit you, then remember that if you change your phone, lose it or break it, you will only be able to download the 10 synchronized backup files included in the free package.

How to transfer photos without Cloud?

Before you change your phone, you need to export to your phone all the items that were not synchronized (not backed up) in your Keep Secret Cloud, and make sure that they are saved back to your Photos (iOS), and then manually transfer them to new phone.
